The blue lotus wind spinner looks great and was easy to put together. Unfortunately it take wind up to 20 mph to see motion. I have verified that non of the leaves are touching. It does not move in light wind. I am still evaluating the spinner to see if I can improve the motion.

I received this as a Father’s Day gift two years ago. I absolutely love this in our yard. I was under the impression that this was fade resistant. How do I go about replacing the fan blades?
